Prodigi Intelligence

Where should AI fit into your business?

AI is everywhere. Knowing where it actually belongs is the hard part.

Prodigi helps businesses discover AI opportunities, design the right architecture, connect AI to existing systems and turn intelligent capabilities into useful products and workflows.

Our position

You don’t need AI everywhere.
You need it where it matters.

  1. The problem comes first.

We start with the decision or task that costs you most — then decide whether AI is the right tool. Often it is. Sometimes it isn’t.

  2. Connected, not bolted on.

AI that can’t see your data or act through your systems stays a demo. We integrate it with what you already run.

  3. Measured before it scales.

Quality, cost, security and reliability are measured against real cases before anything reaches production.

Where do I start?

From first question to production, in seven steps.

Most AI projects stall between an impressive demo and a dependable system. This path is how we close that gap.

  1. Discover

    Understand the business.

  2. Identify

    Find meaningful AI opportunities.

  3. Design

    Select the architecture and technology.

  4. Connect

    Integrate existing systems.

  5. Validate

Measure quality, security, cost and reliability.

  6. Deploy

    Move to production.

  7. Optimize

    Continuously improve.

Enterprise integration

Connect intelligence to the systems you already use.

AI should not live separately from the business. It reads from — and acts through — your applications, data and knowledge, with credentials, permissions and logging kept on the server.

  1. User

A person or an application makes a request.

  2. Prodigi Intelligence

Orchestration: identity, permissions, prompts, policies and logging.

  3. AI model

Understands the request and decides which tools it needs.

Definitions

AI, defined plainly.

What is Prodigi Intelligence?

Prodigi Intelligence is Prodigi’s applied AI practice and the interactive experiences on this site. It covers AI strategy, AI chat, AI assistants, AI agents, AI voice, AI search, AI automation and enterprise AI integration — helping a business decide where AI belongs, then designing, connecting and operating it.

Where should a business start with AI?

Start with the business, not the model. List the decisions and repetitive tasks that cost the most time or money, check which ones have the data and the tolerance for AI assistance, and pick one narrow, measurable use case. Prove it works on quality, cost, security and reliability before expanding.

What is an AI chatbot?

An AI chatbot is a conversational interface that uses a language model to understand questions in natural language and respond helpfully. Unlike scripted chatbots, it can handle open-ended questions; when it is grounded in approved content and connected to business systems, it can answer accurately and hand over to a person when it should.

What is an AI assistant?

An AI assistant is an AI tool that helps a person do their own work — drafting, summarizing, researching, reporting or finding knowledge — while the person stays in control of the outcome. Assistants are usually grounded in a business’s own documents and data, and they are the most common first step into applied AI.

What is an AI agent?

An AI agent is software that uses an AI model to plan and carry out a multi-step task: it interprets a goal, decides which steps and tools it needs, calls those tools, evaluates the results and continues until the task is done or it needs a human. Good agents work within explicit permissions and show their steps so people can review them.

What is AI voice?

AI voice is a spoken interface to an AI system: speech is transcribed, understood by a language model, answered or acted on, and spoken back with synthesized speech. It is used for customer support lines, appointment handling, lead qualification and hands-free assistants.

What is enterprise AI?

Enterprise AI is AI deployed across an organization’s real systems with the controls a business needs: access permissions, data governance, security, audit trails, cost management and reliability monitoring. The model is only one part; most of the work is integrating it safely with existing applications and data.

Does every business process need AI?

No. Many problems are better solved with a clearer process, a better interface or ordinary automation. AI is worth using where a task needs language understanding, judgement over unstructured information, or personalization at a scale people cannot provide. Prodigi recommends against AI where a simpler solution works.
