Intelligence · Enterprise integration

Connect intelligence to the systems you already use.

AI should not live separately from the business. It should read from and act through your applications, data and tools — with the same controls as everything else.

What is AI integration?

AI integration is connecting an AI model to the applications, data and workflows a business already runs, so it can use real context and take real actions. The AI reaches systems such as a CRM, ERP, database or knowledge base through controlled APIs and returns answers or actions inside existing tools.

Capabilities

What AI can connect to

  • APIs

Internal and third-party APIs exposed to the AI as permissioned tools.

  • CRM

Customer history, deals and activities as context — and as actions.

  • ERP

Orders, inventory, finance and operations data.

  • Databases

Read-only, query-scoped access to operational and analytical data.

  • Business applications

Line-of-business apps via their APIs or a new integration layer.

  • E-commerce

    Catalogue, orders, customers and fulfilment.

  • Internal tools

Ticketing, messaging, scheduling and project tools.

  • Documents and knowledge bases

Policies, manuals, contracts and wikis via retrieval (RAG).

How it works

How intelligence connects to your systems

  1. User

A person or an application makes a request.

  2. Prodigi Intelligence

Orchestration: identity, permissions, prompts, policies and logging.

  3. AI model

Understands the request and decides which tools it needs.

  4. Tools · APIs · RAG

Permissioned operations and retrieval over approved knowledge.

  5. Business systems

  6. Result · Action

An answer with sources, or an action — approved where required.

Approach

Controls that come with every integration

  1. Server-side keys

Model and system credentials never reach a browser or device.

  2. Least privilege

Each tool exposes only the operations the use case needs.

  3. Human approval

Actions with consequences wait for a person.

  4. Audit trail

Every request, tool call and result is logged.

  5. Evaluation

Quality, cost and latency are measured continuously.

Answers

Questions, answered

How does AI integration work?

AI integration works in layers. A user or application sends a request to an orchestration layer; the orchestration layer calls an AI model with instructions and permitted tools; the model uses those tools — APIs, database queries or retrieval over documents (RAG) — to fetch business context; the result is checked against rules and returned as an answer or passed on as an action. Credentials, permissions and logging stay on the server side.

What is enterprise AI?

Enterprise AI is AI deployed across an organization’s real systems with the controls a business needs: access permissions, data governance, security, audit trails, cost management and reliability monitoring. The model is only one part; most of the work is integrating it safely with existing applications and data.

How is business data kept secure when using AI?

By keeping AI behind a backend the business controls. Provider keys and credentials live on the server, never in a browser or app; the AI only reaches data through permissioned APIs; sensitive fields can be filtered before they reach a model; and requests are logged for audit. Model and hosting choices can follow data-residency requirements.

Which AI models does Prodigi work with?

Prodigi designs model-independent architectures, so the model can be chosen per use case and changed later. Solutions can use models from providers such as Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI, Google (Gemini) or Azure AI, or open models, depending on quality, cost, latency and data requirements.
