Find where AI actually belongs.

The business problem comes first. AI comes second. We help you find the few places where AI changes the outcome — and say so when it doesn’t.

Where should a business start with AI?

Start with the business, not the model. List the decisions and repetitive tasks that cost the most time or money, check which have the data and risk tolerance for AI assistance, and pick one narrow, measurable use case. Prove it on quality, cost, security and reliability before expanding.

Capabilities

What an AI discovery covers

  • Opportunity mapping

Walk through workflows and find where language, judgement or scale are the bottleneck.

  • Use-case prioritization

Score opportunities on value, feasibility, data readiness and risk.

  • Architecture selection

Assistant, agent, search or automation — and which model and hosting fit.

  • Data readiness

Check that the knowledge and systems the AI needs are accessible and trustworthy.

  • Evaluation plan

Define how quality, cost, latency and safety will be measured before launch.

  • Roadmap

A sequenced plan from first prototype to production and scale.

How it works

  5. Validate

Measure quality, security, cost and reliability.

  6. Deploy

    Move to production.

  7. Optimize

    Continuously improve.

Answers

Questions, answered

Does every business process need AI?

No. Many problems are better solved with a clearer process, a better interface or ordinary automation. AI is worth using where a task needs language understanding, judgement over unstructured information, or personalization at a scale people cannot provide. Prodigi recommends against AI where a simpler solution works.

Which AI models does Prodigi work with?

Prodigi designs model-independent architectures, so the model can be chosen per use case and changed later. Solutions can use models from providers such as Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI, Google (Gemini) or Azure AI, or open models, depending on quality, cost, latency and data requirements.

How is business data kept secure when using AI?

By keeping AI behind a backend the business controls. Provider keys and credentials live on the server, never in a browser or app; the AI only reaches data through permissioned APIs; sensitive fields can be filtered before they reach a model; and requests are logged for audit. Model and hosting choices can follow data-residency requirements.

  • Intelligence

Prodigi Intelligence helps businesses discover AI opportunities, design the right architecture, connect AI to existing systems and turn it into useful products and workflows.

  • Enterprise integration

Prodigi connects AI models to CRMs, ERPs, databases, e-commerce platforms, internal tools, documents and knowledge bases through secure APIs, RAG and permissioned tools.

  • AI automation

Prodigi designs AI automation that classifies, extracts and decides inside real business workflows, then triggers actions in existing systems with human approval where it matters.
